By downloading, installing, or using Selva ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the App.
Selva is operated by OSUAPP Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
Selva is a mobile application that helps you track impulses and build daily habits. The App includes a cooldown timer for managing urges, habit tracking with streaks and calendars, an insights dashboard, and an optional social feature called Circle for accountability with friends.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
You must be at least 12 years old to use Selva. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.
Selva does not require an account, email address, phone number, or any personal information to use. Your habit and impulse data is stored locally on your device.
If you use the Circle feature, a limited set of data is uploaded to our servers as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your share code.
You are solely responsible for all data you create within the App. If you delete the App, your local data is permanently lost and cannot be recovered by us.
Selva offers a free tier (2 impulses, 3 habits, full insights, and Circle) and a paid subscription called Selva Pro.
Selva Pro pricing:
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the point of purchase.
Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Managing and cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.
Free trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we do, we will notify you in advance and give you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and content, is owned by OSUAPP Ltd and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
Selva is a self-tracking tool, not a medical device. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The cooldown timer and habit tracking features are general wellness tools and are not intended to treat any medical condition, addiction, or mental health disorder.
If you are struggling with addiction, substance abuse, eating disorders, or any mental health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on this App as a substitute for professional medical advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OSUAPP Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OSUAPP Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were made. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Data stored locally on your device remains until you delete the App. Server-side data (if Circle was activated) will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
